Returns & Exchanges

At Official e-Store DaburShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DaburShop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
